I had a good stay at Koox City Garden Hotel. The location is fantastic, just a block from Fifth Avenue and close to Mamita's beach clubs. The room was modest yet very clean and equipped with A/C. However, the staff didn't make much effort to fix the electricity issue during my stay, which was disappointing.
